You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your apk89 Account are lawfully owned by you and originate from a legitimate source. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account that is not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your Account and confiscation of the deposited funds. You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any Bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. In the event of a dispute, apk89's records of bet placement and settlement shall be considered final and authoritative. apk89 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed after the result of an event is known, or placed in circumstances where the bet acceptance was the result of a technical error.
For sportsbook markets (including football, basketball, tennis, and all other sports), bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are typically voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Live in-play bets are accepted up until the time the market is suspended or closed. apk89 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time, and to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. For Indonesian football markets such as BRI Liga 1, bets are settled according to the official league standings and match results as published by the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI).
All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) operate according to the rules published by the game provider. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently certified and displayed in the game information panel. apk89 does not have the ability to influence game outcomes — all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by live dealers. All content on the apk89 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data (collectively "Content"), is the property of apk89 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of apk89.

To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting apk89 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. apk89 encourages good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing litigation or arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
